General
The products in the Helsinki Wool Sock Factory online store are sold by Helsinki Wool Sock Factory, business ID 0861640-8. We sell products to private individuals of legal age in Finland. For international orders, please contact us by email at info@helsinginvillasukkatehdas.fi.
Product availability is shown on the product page. If the product is not in stock, the estimated delivery time is shown instead of availability.
Product images are for reference only. We reserve the right to change information without prior notice. If the product information is unclear, please contact us and we will provide you with more details about the product. Therefore, please do not order a product if you do not fully understand the product description.
When placing an order, you must provide a valid email address and telephone number. The contact details we receive will only be used to communicate with you about your order.
Prices are valid in the Helsinki Villasukkatehdas online store and include the applicable value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery terms.
Ordering
Products are ordered from the online store. An automatic confirmation email will be sent with your order, listing the products you have ordered, as well as prices and shipping costs. You will also receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in the notification.
Payment is made via the customer’s online banking, credit card, or MobilePay. Products are paid for at the time of ordering. For domestic orders, shipping costs are €4.90.
Delivery time
We deliver products every weekday, usually within a few working days of receiving the order. We deliver orders when all the products ordered are available. If we have to deviate from the stated delivery time, we will contact you by email.
Right of exchange and return
Products are subject to exchange and return rights. You have the right to return ordered, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Returned products must be saleable and undamaged – clothing may be tried on to check the size, but may not be worn. Always notify info@helsinginvillasukkatehdas.fi when you want to return a product.
Returns are sent using the return label provided by Posti or Matkahuolto, which you will receive when you notify us of the return. Returning a product is free of charge.
The package must be clearly marked “Return” and addressed to: Helsingin Villasukkatehdas, Holkkitie 14 A, 00880 Helsinki.
Please include your contact details inside the package.
The refund amount will be returned to the payment method used for the original order. It is also possible to exchange the product for another one.
We always deliver our products in intact packaging and carefully packed. If the package has been damaged in transit, you must immediately file a complaint with Matkahuolto.
Delivery methods
We deliver products in Finland either by post as a Posti 1lk letter, postal parcel, or Matkahuolto parcel, which the customer picks up from the nearest Matkahuolto pickup point. The products and delivery costs are paid for when the order is placed, so there is no need to pay anything when picking up the parcel.

Shipping costs
Domestic orders are subject to a shipping fee of €4.90.
Payment methods
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank statement or card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Data protection
Helsingin Villasukkatehdas processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act and in a confidential manner. Personal data is used solely for processing orders and delivering goods. The web server we use stores information provided by the customer’s web browser about visitors to the site (not email addresses). Information is collected (Google Analytics) to determine the number of visitors, the average time spent on the site, the pages viewed, etc. If you require further information regarding privacy protection, please contact us.
The information will not be sold or disclosed to other companies or organizations.
Force Majeure
The seller reserves the right to cancel the sale if there has been an error in pricing or if the manufacturer is unable to deliver the ordered product within a reasonable time. A reasonable time is defined as 30 days, as specified in the instructions provided by the online store.
